The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, birthdate, a self-reported health level, tobacco status, coverage amount, and term. This data goes to the carriers' quoting engine and returns rates; we do not hold onto it. See quotes without giving a name, address, phone, or email. Identical requests may be answered from a brief cache so we do not query the engine repeatedly.

Applying

When you apply, your answers fill a secure application on the carriers' platform, and their privacy terms take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), oversees the process.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone, reply preference, topic, and message. We send it by email to the agency and use your email as the return address. This website does not archive messages, store submission records, or log what you write. An anti-abuse check runs briefly on your browser before submission.

Measurement

We track page visits with first-party, cookie-free measurement running from our domain. No cookies are placed, no local identifiers stored, and two bytes of your IP get scrubbed before logging. Referring page details are stripped out, and raw logs expire after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We do not trade or distribute personal data, run ad trackers, or import third-party analytics. The sole outside code is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, and it only loads if you visit.
